Before proceeding, I'd suggest printing your reports for future reference before performing the steps below.
Once done, we'll send you an email confirmation that we canceled your subscription. Also, we store your data for one year. For detailed instructions, please see this article: Cancel Your QuickBooks Online Subscription or Trial.
Additionally, you can easily reactivate your account anytime. You'll be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you log into your company. If not, please go to the Billing and Subscription tab to complete this task. For more information, visit this article: Resubscribe QuickBooks Online.

- Click Talk to a human.
- Type your concern.
- Click I still need a human.
- Select Contact Us.
- Choose either Messaging or Callback.
