When experiencing unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Online, we recommend clearing the browser cache. If the browser's cache becomes too full of older data, it can potentially cause performance errors. Clearing it will force the system to refresh and get everything back to running smoothly.
You can also use other supported browsers to access your QuickBooks Online account so you’ll be able to print.

Thanks for your reply. I called QB about this issue 10-14 days ago and they told me it was my printer.
I ordered a new printer, same issue, same message. Now I am wondering if my OS High Sierra will support the QB online printing?
