In order for us to view 1099 please make sure to log in through that email since that's what establishes the connection to the 1099 service.
If the problem continues, I'd recommend reaching out to our QBSE Support. They can perform advanced troubleshooting steps and help you view your 1099s.

Dear AbegailS, thank you very much for the help. I just logged in again and I was able to get right to the form.
