Rest assured I’m here to help you print and download your Profit and Loss report seamlessly.
I have some steps that we can perform to isolate this issue. To begin with, let’s login into your account using a private window (incognito) and print your report from there. This way, we can check if the issue you’re having with is caused by stored browser cache.
There are times that the browser stores too much cache that can affect your account performance. Thus, using a private window helps us verify if this as this doesn’t store any data file.
To open a private window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcut keys depending on the browser you’re using:
Once opened, try to print your profit and loss report to double-check. If it works, go back to your regular browser and delete its cache and cookies. This will make your browser to start from a clean slate and function efficiently.
If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers. That way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
In addition to this, I’ve added this article that can walk you through the steps on how to generates a report to show the information you need: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
Keep me posted if you have other concerns running reports in your account. It’s always my pleasure to help and keep you in working order. Keep safe.
