I need to speak to an agent

Hello there, @microtacwater

I understand you need to speak to an agent. I'll first lay out the possible scenarios for the delay of your customer payment below.

  • Weekends and federal holidays
  • Financial institution where funds are deposited
  • The time of the day when you enter the transactions
  • Bank policies for verifying and processing electronic deposits
  • If you're a new user, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days.

Also, we put the customer payment into your bank account, depending on your deposit speed. Let's first review it to see whether it's still within your assigned schedule or not.

  1. Go to the Gear (⚙) icon at the upper right and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

If you've confirmed from the Payments tab that it's still within your assigned schedule, let's wait for the deposit to reflect in your bank account.

If it's beyond your deposit schedule, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payments Customer Support Team. They can check the fund status, its reasons for the delay, and help you fix it. They are available from 6 am - 6 pm PT (Monday to Friday).

Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: Contact Payments Support
  2. Locate the QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center section.
  3. Log into your QBO account.
  4. Select Help (?) at the upper right.
  5. Click Contact Us.
  6. Enter A customer payment hasn't been deposited into our bank account beyond our deposit schedule. in the What can we help you with? box.
  7. Select Let's talk.
  8. Choose a way to connect with a live agent.

Once fixed, you can view and manage your deposits either in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Merchant Service Center (MSC). For the first method, go to the Sales menu and select Deposits. For the second option, choose Activity & Reports and click Deposits.

Let's locate your company file so you'll be able to open it, EMILY551.

If you're referring to accessing your company file in QuickBooks Desktop, use the search field in the Start menu. You'll want to type .qbw to search for the company files. I've also attached a screenshot so you'll be guided visually:
