Be advised, we've made changes as to how our users can contact Technical Support. For security reasons, their phone numbers are no longer posted anywhere on our support websites. At this time, what you can do is log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company and from there, you can submit a callback request.

If you want to cash a check, you can go to a bank that accepts your type of check. However, if you meant something else, please let me know. I'd appreciate any additional details on what are you trying to achieve in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

My desktop crashed and my company data has been erased. I cannot access quickbooks.
I have acquired a new laptop and would like to recover my data.

My old computer crashed. All my files plus my quickbooks company. I cannot load quickbooks; my company info is lost.

Since QuickBooks is a browser-based platform, your saved data shouldn't be affected from a desktop computer crashing. If this is what you meant, you can simply sign back in to your books to access the company data.
In the event you purged data or cancelled over a year ago, you can either restore from a back up if you have one or import lists back into your books if any of them were exported.
If you're unable to sign in, you can recover your user ID and/or password from the log in page.
Here's how:

I can help you with adding another user to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @ksantikian.
First, you'll need to reset your password. Once you regain your access, you can add this new user to the account.

Once you've got your account, you can now add this new user:
This sends the user an invitation to join your firm through email. Instruct them to visit the email's link. After that, users may either establish a new Intuit account or log in if they already have one.
