Is there a discount for TurboTax if you have QBO?

Hi @jessemoller-arch.

Currently, when you have a QuickBooks Online account, it doesn't guarantee a Turbo Tax discount. The available bundle subscription is exclusive to QuickBooks Self-Employed, and TurboTax Self-Employed gives you an easy way to send your Schedule C data to file your taxes using TurboTax.

You'll want to visit Turbo Tax Plans & Pricing website to get great discounts.

Furthermore, I'll be adding these articles to learn more about discounts and TurboTax prices:

Feel free to reply or tag me (@Jovychris_A) if you have additional questions. I'll assist you more. Have a great weekend, and stay safe!

I have been using QB self-employed free for a year version this year I used it as late as last month. however now it is saying that my subscription has ended as of April of last year. I should have it till April of this year. Not sure why it says my subscription has ended. Please help me fix as I need to prepare for taxes.

Hello, @Baron897.

Thanks for joining this conversation. Allow me to chime in and help make sure this is taken care of for you.

To check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) issue, let's sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

To add up, I'd like to share this reference to help you in preparing and filing your tax forms in QBSE: Get ready to file your taxes with QuickBooks Self-Employed.

You can also visit our website for tips and other resources you can use in the future: QBSE self-help articles.

Stay in touch if you have more questions about your QBSE account or anything else. I'll be here to help. Take care.
