- In your left navigation bar, go to Payroll, then Employees.
- Click Paycheck list.
- Use the Filter ▼ drop-down and specify a preferred employee and date range.
- Hit Apply.
- Find each paystub you want to print and tick each of their checkboxes.
- Select Print.
