I am using Quickbooks Plus Online for a couple of weeks now. This week I have been unable to create new invoices as well as open existing ones. I've done just about everything recommended, including, clearing cache and browser history. Also tried with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge and get the same result. Nothing happens when I try to create or open invoices. At the end of my rope....called Quickbook support and was told their engineers were working on the issue. Any news on this from anyone?

Hi there. @Dr34mc4tcher35.
I appreciate you for joining this thread and sharing with us your experience in creating invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
There are ways to fix your concern of being unable to create or open existing invoices in the application. This means we can perform browser troubleshooting that eliminates too much cached stored on your computer.
When you return to a website, the browser uses cookies and cache to speed up the loading process. Additionally, this can result in strange behavior that compromises QBO's performance and credibility. Finding the issue is easier when using a private window because no unnecessary files are kept.
To open an incognito window, you can follow these keyboard shortcuts:
Then once you’re done, re-open your QBO and create your invoices in this arrangement. After that, I suggest deleting your browser cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can identify if this is a browser-integrated issue.
When everything is in order, you can refer to this article for detailed instructions on accurately entering invoice payments to maintain your records: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

I am also having the same issues...
I was able just a few hours ago to open and create invoices, but ive just logged back on to create a new one and i cant open any existing ones, or create new ones!
I have also not been able to resync my bank account for months now!
Hello there, Stephanie.
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your experience with the invoice feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I want to ensure this gets resolved. But before doing so, I'd like to verify if you've performed the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague above. Also, are you using QuickBooks Online mobile app when creating or opening an invoice? Did you get an error message?
As for your bank account that's not resync for months, can you provide the name of the bank account? Did you also receive an error message when trying to reconnect? Any extra information is much appreciated.
We're looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great day!
