I get dozens of "get a small business loan" spams every week. It's one of the most prolific sources of spam. Now that Quickbooks is sending them I now have to also send Quickbook emails to the junk folder. I would think you want to know that any email with "secure a small business loan" is going to get the side-eye from every legitimate business out there. Nobody (in their right mind) seeks funding from email ads.

I understand the concern that arises about receiving multiple emails from QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Videstra. Preventing this is our utmost priority for our users, who are getting notified or spammed with emails that aren’t necessary.
It's good to know that you have added them to the spam folder to avoid interrupting your important email communication. Moreover, I'd also encourage you to unsubscribe from the email if there's an option provided for you. You can look through the body of the email or at the bottom where Unsubscribe from this email is located.
Also, please be reminded to avoid accessing any links that the email may include to avoid scammers getting in their way. First, we can verify to see if they're legitimately from us. Fraudsters send emails to trick recipients into sharing personal information or downloading attachments with malware to gain unauthorized access to data sources. They also tend to appear and claim to be affiliated with Intuit. You can go over to Intuit's service email addresses section in this article: Receive important email messages from Intuit.
If they appear suspicious to you, don't hesitate to report them. To say the occurrence, go to our Online Security Center.
Here's how:
You can also email us at spoof@intuit.com to report strange calls, emails, or fraudulent activities. Moreover, check out this article for email communication from Intuit: Official email communication from Intuit Payments.
In addition, I'd recommend you check out this article to learn more on how you recognize official Intuit correspondence and websites: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.
If you have further questions regarding email communication from QuickBooks or any product-specific task that you may need assistance with, please don't hesitate to reply to this post. Stay safe!

@RoseJillB RE: I understand the concern that arises about receiving multiple emails from QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Videstra. Preventing this is our utmost priority for our users...
Then you have failed.
Let me be perfectly clear here...
The emails are COMING from Intuit, and the return links got TO Intuit. They are spam emails generated for and by a service we are paying for. This is just wrong on all levels.
Your response that it is "them" shows that you either are unaware of your companies practices, or just don't care. To reiterate - Intuit is the source of the spam/scammy emails.
Nobody but the desperate and destitute check their email for sources of legitimate business funding. Nobody!
And since the same email source is also used to send us software update information, product announcements, etc - those too now all get relegated to the junk folder. This is a huge disservice to the part of your company that is trying to do the right thing.
And several weeks ago I went into my settings and told Intuit to stop sending these solicitations - and yet they keep coming. You people are just incorrigible.
