When you forgot the User ID, let me guide you with how to recover it. It will only take a couple of minutes to accomplish this action.
After performing the steps, you'll receive an email with a password reset link, and it’s active for 24 hours.

You'll want to make sure that you have an active QBO subscription so you can access your account. If your account has already been canceled for over a year, then the information is no longer available and you're unable to access your account.
However, if you haven't canceled your account, you should be able to view all the information. If your QBO sign-in information isn't accepted, you can reset your password or get your user-id so you'll be able to unlock your account. To do this, follow the steps below:

Have you happened to cancel your account? What specific error did you get when you tried logging in to your account?
For canceled accounts, we hang on to your data for one year. This lets you pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. We delete the data after that. However, if the system suspends your subscription after three failed attempts to charge your payment method, you'll need to resubscribe to the subscription with the updated billing info.
If you're referring to unblocking your account which is to sign in to your account, you can follow the steps shared by my colleagues on how to recover your account. You can also follow the detailed steps: Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
I recommend reaching out to our Phone Support Team if you're still unable to access your account. They'll check your subscription if you can still reactivate it or it has been deleted which is you need to subscribe to a new account.

I have QuickBooks. My account is saying it's on hold on my app. I had a deposit on August 9,. When I call they say my account is closed but it still shows the deposit still in there. I need my account unlocked so I can get the money out of there.

I’m not understanding why my account is on hold. I have 3000 dollars in my account and now they saying my account is closed.

If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, I highly recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. This is the best way to check the status and the root cause of the issue. Our phone representatives use specific tools to review the details and guide you throughout the steps to resolve it.
On the other hand, if this is a payment account, this means that the transaction is being reviewed. This is to ensure that everything is alright. The process is usually finished within 2 business days. Once done, we'll complete processing the payment.

Just in case you'll need to update the email address on file, sign in to the Merchant Service Center. From there, click the Account tab and then click Account Profile.
