We lost power yesterday due to Tropical Storm Nicole. When we log into Point of Sale now, it gives us an Invalid Product Number and then closes the program. We're dead in the water and we need this program working again NOW! Please help!

I found the solution on Google before you responded, but thank you anyway for the reply. Running the Entitlement zip file worked. But now I have to re-register the program, it won't accept my phone number and zip code, and I couldn't do it by phone over the weekend because that idiotic AI program doesn't know its electronic brain from an empty paper bag. Hoping I can reach an actual person, since that's what it insisted I needed to do, today or tomorrow.
