From the ProAdvisor Training Path, course name "Introduction to Bookkeeping" sub-course name "working with disbursements," I'm stuck on the "Bookkeeper Challenge Exercise 2" knowledge check. I'm using an excel sheet downloaded in the prior course ("Working with Receipts"). I can't find a single answer in the knowledge check that looks correct! There are 7 possible answers to 4 questions and not one of them in the dropdown looks correct. I chatted with QBO said they don't have any problems with that test, so I guess I'm the problem. Somebody help please? I'm stuck on training till I can answer all 4 questions correctly. I understand the concepts; I think the multiple choice answers are either wrong, or not all options are displayed, or a critical question is missing from the quiz.

You are both right - the answers are definitely wrong. You know something's off when 3 of the 7 answers are the same ($1,250). I played around with it and got it right when all of the answers are reduced by $1,000.
Hi there, @BookkeeperCate.
Thank you for dropping by the QuickBooks Community. I'll make sure your concern with passing the QuickBooks Online Certification is addressed.
Giving you the best experience by completing the QuickBooks Certification is what we aim for. Our goal is to boost your confidence, establish your expertise, and help you earn your client's trust.
To become a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, you should pass the exam of at least 80 percent in each section. As mentioned above, you only have three attempts to pass the exams. If you fail to do so, you can wait for another 60 days before you can retake the exam. That said, changing the rules to take the exam for unlimited tries and haven't wait for 60 days is currently unavailable.
However, we have a dedicated team that is working on monitoring and handling QuickBooks Accountant customers. They have tools to check your certifications and can share some insights on how to pass the examination. Here's how to contact them: How to contact QuickBooks Online Accountant support?
Please refer to this article to view details on how you can get your current and past certifications and badges: Download ProAdvisor certifications and badges.
As always, you can leave a comment below or start a new thread if you have any other concerns. I'll be keeping an eye on your response.

Thank you so much! You were right. The answers score correctly when answered $1,000 too low.
My worksheet answers were:
Debits 2250
Sales 2250
Credits 2250
AR 2100
The QBO answers were
Debits 1250
Sales 1250
Credit 1250
AR 1100
QBO training team needs to correct this knowledge check!!
The knowledge check is wrong. See Rainflurry's response and my reply to him for the corrections. Glad I'm not the only one who had trouble. Good luck to you.
Hello again, Rainflurry.

Thank you so much for asking this question!! I was also stuck on this problem and about to throw the computer across the room from frustration!! After searching for what felt like FOREVER, finally found your question, and was able to get the answer. I kept thinking to myself, "I know I'm not dumb so why can't I get this right?!"
