QBO Caller [removed by moderator]

Did you sign up for a QBO Accountant Ireland account?

Hello.

No, I haven't. When I first made my account yesterday, I saw the QBO online cert training, registered and that's where I made my account too.

I just don't know why they will call me and knowing the credentials I put and the country code is in Ireland.

Is this how QBO do? Also I received an email from a person introducing herself as my account manager. Sorry this is my first time, so I am unsure about the process.

I have some information to share on how to deal with suspicious events in QuickBooks, @Imijin.

QuickBooks will only call you if you requested a callback or if we need to contact you regarding an escalated issue.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Visit https://security.intuit.com/contact-us.
2. Go to Privacy and Security.
3. Select the Report a security issue option.
4. Locate Report technical support scams.
5. Click the Email security@intuit.com button.

Where do you live? US or another country?

Certification is only available in the QB Online Accountant version. After you created a QBO Accountant account for free, someone from the sales team may contact you to offer any active programs for reselling QB Online to your clients. If you're not sure about the caller, ask them to send you an email. Their email address should be sent from intuit.com.
