I understand your desire to get in touch with live support. Before that, allow me to help you with your login issue in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
You can use the Automated Password Reset Tool for QuickBooks Desktop to reset your Admin password so you can log back into your company file.
If this doesn't work, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Care Team. However, our phone support is currently unavailable due to COVID19 which affects our staffing. For now, you can reach our Chat Support instead.

there is no customer service and the link that the AI computer on the phone gave me doesn't work. Looking into switching to Freshbooks, anyone tried it?

I can't access by banking, I can't sent quotes or invoices. I've been locked out for DAYS and I can't do anything. There is ZERO customer support, the site doesn't work, the number they keep generating for South Africa doesn't even work. HOW THE FCUK AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE A LIVING IF YOU LOCK ME OUT FOR NO REASON AND I CAN'T DO BUSINESS. My ENTIRE stock list of 12600 items was fed into your product and now I'm locked out. QUICKBOOKS WILL RUIN ME if SOMEONE doesn't help me NOW. WTF is wrong with this company. HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS. I want to talk to a HUMAN, not a glitchy robot or failed attempt at a chat support site.
