Hello @grace-geneguin-r,

In QuickBooks Online, the frequently accessed page resources stored on your browser may affect your browsing experience. They can cause unexpected browser problems like what you received while trying to pull up your customers' payment information.

Let's consider logging in to your QBO account using a private or incognito browser so we can isolate this issue. To do so:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

If this works, you can clear your regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh. But if you get the same results while using a private browser, use a different browser app instead.

Additionally, I've also included this reference helpful with a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Browse all articles for your QuickBooks product.

Don't hesitate to post again here if you have other questions or concerns with QuickBooks tasks and navigations. I'm always around happy to help. Stay safe and have a good one!

Hello again, @grace-geneguin-r. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've performed to resolve the issue.

Since the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to deep investigate the root of the problem and why the issue keeps appearing.

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.

In the meantime, let me share some resources that you can browse and use as a reference in managing and navigating around your QuickBooks account.

If you need additional assistance while managing your QuickBooks account, let me know. I'll be around to provide further assistance. Have a nice day.
