Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get past this error message, al41.
When did you encounter this error? The Unexpected Internal Error is usually caused by the stored files in our browser that can affect browsing performance. Also, there are times when a browser's cache data becomes full or damaged. When this happens, you'll encounter this error message when using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Let's try signing in to your account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.
Here's how:
Then, try accessing QBO again. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue.
You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

I am getting the same error 30102 when I try to print a deposit slip.

I appreciate you for performing the possible troubleshooting steps to resolve the error you've encountered when printing a deposit slip in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @forJO. I'm here to guide you on what actions you'll need to perform next to fix the said issue. This way, you'll be able to print your deposit transactions and get back to business in no time.
Based on your description of the issue above, it seems that you're having an outdated version of the Adobe Reader. With this, you'll have to download the latest version of it to get rid of the unexpected error. Here's how to update Adobe Reader through the web:
Once done, log back into your QuickBooks Online account and print your deposit slip.
You can monitor and manage all your deposit transactions in QBO. Just pull up the Deposit Detail report to view the complete list of your deposits along with their date, customer or vendor name, and amount. You'll have to visit the Sales and customers section in the Report menu's Standard tab.
Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
I have tried using incognito, 4 different browsers, 4 different computers...all of our Adobe products are up to date....This is hampering our business big time....please resolve now!!!!!!!
None of this has remedied the issue....what else do you have in your idea box?
I tried downloading from Adobe and when it runs it says my version is more up to date than the download. I have Adobe version 20.012.[removed] on my machine.
Please set up a test and replicate this problem and solution in house instead of asking us to test and replicate issues for intuit's software. We pay a lot of money every month for this software as a service and shouldn't be asked to keep trying possible solutions.

This is definitely a Intuit QBO issue. Not able to print bank deposits. Please have the tech team look into this issue.
I am having the same problem it is a Quickbooks problem
I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and re-installed from their downloads page and now the ability to print deposit slips works again. FYI when I first uninstalled and tried to re-install it still said I had a newer version of Acrobat and I couldn't re-install, had to restart my computer after the uninstall and then re-install worked. Now I can print deposit slips again.
Also Adobe Acrobat says I have an update available and I am not going to update Acrobat since that could be this issue.
As it turns out, this error message required the workings of the little elves back in the dungeons of QBO Headquarters. After 4-5 hours they seemed to align all the zeros and ones to make it all come together.
Thanks QBO and the little elves too!!
Good morning, al41.

I got the same error message and quickbooks does not know how to fix it. I was trying to print the deposit slip and it would not work nor can I print checks. I tried to export to excel and the full report does not export. This is a huge problem. I cut several checks a day but I can not do that now. I hope I am not being charged for a system that is not working. I was on the phone with a tech for 2 hours today, still not working. I personally think it is the Microsoft Edge. Quickbooks was working fine yesterday and when I could not print I looked at my programs that updated the the Microsoft Edge was the only thing that update last night. We tried different browsers , getting rid of cookies everything and it will not print.
Hi
I just tried the private window. It did not correct the error. Please advise.
I cleared the Cashed images and files - went to a private window and still was unable to print deposits. What is your next suggestion to remove the Unexpected Internal Error. (-30102)
I'm having the exact same problem. Done all the troubleshooting and nothing. QB-please fix ASAP!!
Using the Mac App this error is reported as: PDF.js v1.5.456 (build: 4d15928) Message: Invalid PDF structure
It is happening again. I think this is an QB Online issue pin the Intuit end as many people today are suddenly having the same issue, just like back in September 2019 when it "magically" started working again... I just wish the Tech Support would admit it is an internal issue and give us a bunch of useless malarkey about troubleshooting.
