Hi there, CMOE.
I agree with what Fiat mentioned about integrating third-party applications. Since QuickBooks Online currently doesn't have the feature to track multiple warehouses.
However, we do have the QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. This product offers industry-specific features such as Advanced Inventory. That being said, it can help you track inventory items, purchase orders, or packed items from warehouses to complete sales orders.
It also supports several mobile barcode scanner devices like Zebra TC20, Zebra TC25, Zebra TC51, and even the Zebra MC40 which was discontinued by the manufacturer but are still supported.
You can check out these links that'll surely help and explain more info about its features and set up:

Which app would work to that?
You need an inventory management app with multi warehouse feature to integrate with QBO. The plans are $67/month for 3 users and $125/month for 8 users. I believe this app is one of the cheapest options available in the market. Contact me in private and we will introduce you to them directly.
The primary issue you're encountering is that QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't natively support tracking inventory quantities across multiple warehouses, particularly when the Location and Class fields are already dedicated to other purposes. QBO is primarily focused on financial management and lacks advanced features for detailed inventory tracking across different locations.
Why this happens: QBO is designed to handle financial transactions and reporting, but it falls short when it comes to managing physical inventory across multiple warehouses. This limitation can make it difficult to track quantities accurately without additional tools or workarounds.

Why Warehouse 15 can help:
For a comprehensive solution, take a look at Cleverence Warehouse 15. This app can help you bridge QBO’s limitations and improve your inventory management across multiple locations.
Hope this helps!
