What is the most efficient way to rollover invoices on a month-to-month basis that have changing unit #'s & rates? Around 700ish invoices

I have around 700-800 invoices that are for different customers but have changing unit #s and corresponding rates from month-to-month.  Each customer can have a different rate/unit #.  What would be the most efficient way to roll those over and get those Unit #'s and rates updated?  Would appreciate any help/advice I could get!  Thank you!

I appreciate you reaching out here in the Community, @CR1983.

As of the moment, the feature that you are trying to access in QuickBooks Online (QBO)  is unavailable. As a workaround, you can manually change unit numbers and rates. You can also consider using a third-party app to perform this feature. To begin, these are the steps:

  1. On the left navigational bar, Go to the Apps tab below.
  2. Type the keyword "Invoices" in the search bar.
  3. Click the Search icon.

For visual reference, you can refer on the screenshot below.

Additionally, I'll be adding these articles to help you with your invoices in the future:

By clicking the REPLY button below, you can ask for further assistance on how to integrate a third-party app here in QBO. You can also post your QuickBooks-related concern. It'll be our pleasure to help you sort them out. Keep safe!

Thank you for the help!  Unfortunately I don't have the Apps menu option on my version so maybe I'm limited based on what I have access to?  or is there something i need to do in particular to see the Apps menu option?

Hello, CR1983.

I'll barge in and lay down some information regarding the missing Apps tab, and how you can search for a third-party app for QuickBooks.

Just to clarify, are you using a different region? Some older international versions may not have the Apps tab, which is likely the reason why you're unable to see it on your version.

It might still be possible to connect a third-party app. You can look for one in Google or wait for Fiat Lux - ASIA's suggestions that work with your version.

However if you have the US versions, you'll want to ensure you have admin access to your company file. This can also be the reason why you're unable to see the Apps tab.

Reach out to your company admin and discuss your access rights or the apps you want to connect.

More details about user roles and access rights can be found here: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.

Though, you can also access the Apps Center from this website: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.

Need a hand categorizing your bank transactions for your invoice payments in QuickBooks? I'm sure this article will come in handy: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Don't forget to visit this thread again if you have concerns regarding your invoice or other transactions (or any other things in QuickBooks). I'm willing to go over the details and steps to help you out.
