Can you login to CAMPS and find your license code there?

I am using Enterprise 2023 and am getting this pop up "Action required for connected services..." with two buttons "Maybe later" or "Sign in" I can not click either one. I don't use connected services, How do I get rid of this stuck pop up? It is really annoying.
