Buy nowHi there,
I Recently had to update my drivers on my computer for my printer and now I get this error message stating "the selected form cannot be resized for letterhead because it has been edited" this did not happen before the driver change, and it still prints perfectly fine when I click ok to print anyways but it is a constant annoyance when printing off invoices. I have tried running printer setup and the PDF and Print repair tool but neither one fixed the problem
I appreciate your effort in performing some troubleshooting steps to figure out why the error message appeared, TammyWTfleet. Let me provide more information to verify what happened to your printer after its driver's update.
Since you've run the printer setup along with the PDF and Print repair tool, we have more resolutions to offer. After that, we can print from another program to check if the problem persists by following the given steps:
Additionally, you can test your company file by printing a different form or a standard form/report if you're using customized forms or memorized reports. If these are a batch of forms in QuickBooks, print a single one. If successful, try to print smaller batches. Moreover, you can use another QuickBooks sample company file to print the same type of form or report. If it works, fix the data damage on your company file.
