To set up a DD for your vendor, they must be a registered 1099-independent contractor. Also, ensure that you sign in as a Company Admin. For the full instructions, read this article: Pay a contractor with direct deposit.
If your vendor isn't independent, sign up for QuickBooks Bill Pay as your payment service.
