we are unable to sign into our accounts to run the businesses and we are very busy.  Cannot open "help" as I cannot sign in and see nowhere on here to get the phone number to contact anyone

I've been trying to get help on this for 4 days with no resolve. When in Turbo tax and trying to import my company file I get a message that says: We are unable to import your information. Let's try that again. Make sure that you selected the correct company file and open the file in quickbooks at least one time on this computer. I'm not understanding why it won't import. Is there a customer suppost number to talk to a person.?

Let me provide some clarifications about importing your company file to Turbo Tax.

When importing the company file to Turbo Tax, the data must be from QuickBooks Desktop. If you're using the Online version, the data from QuickBooks Online must first be exported to QuickBooks Desktop.

You can download the trial version of QuickBooks Desktop, so you won't have to pay for the software. Please remember that there are limitations to exporting data.

Once you’re ready to import data to Turbotax, follow the steps below:

1. Open your return in TurboTax Business. 
2. From the File menu, select Import.
3. Choose From QuickBooks.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to import.

However, if you get the same result, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to help you get this sorted. The team utilizes a callback system. You have to send a request through your Help menu, so one of our representatives can reach you.

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop, refer to the steps below: 

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Select Contact Us.

If you use the QuickBooks Online version, here's how: 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.

the village of cook recently switched to a new computer and I new to have quick books reinstalled into the new computer.  what is a number that I can touch base with for a tech

At this time, there's isn't a direct phone number to our QuickBooks Online support team. However, if you call 1-800-4INTUIT, press Option 2, and provide the needed info, you'll be redirected to QuickBooks Support.

I have Quickbooks for Mac 2019.  The following does not exist:

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. Click Contact Us.

I have forgotten my password for Quickbook Desktop Pro 2019

Thanks for following the thread. I'm happy to help you reset your QuickBooks Desktop password. 

Let's get started by following the steps below.

1. Open QuickBooks Desktop. At the login window hit, I forgot my password.
   • 
2. Fill out the information on the form.
   • The license number (Press F2 from the login window to see your license number).
   • The name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code you originally used when you purchased QuickBooks.
3. Click OK. If the info you entered is correct, you'll get a code sent to the primary email listed in your CAMPS. 
4. QuickBooks will guide you through creating a new admin password.

To get this sorted out, as an initial step, ensure to Run as Administrator when re-opening the QuickBooks program. If the issue persists, you can use the QuickBooks Tools Hub to resolve the issue.

Here's how:

1. Close QuickBooks.
2. Download the most recent version (1.5.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). Note: If you've installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be on the bottom.
3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
   
6. If you can't find the icon, do a search in Windows for QuickBooks Tool Hub and select the program.
