When I select Time on the sidebar I get a "Something not right, Please try again later" message. Can someone tell me how to get rig of it so I can start time tracking?"

This is for a college class, with the Mookie the Beagle company if that affects anything.

Sometimes, an accumulation of too much cache in a browser can lead to unexpected behavior with the product, which might be causing the "Something not right, Please try again later" error message.

 

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend opening your account in a private window to check if the problem is related to excessive cache build-up. You can access this mode by using the following shortcut keys:

 

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge).

 

If it works, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

 

Additionally, you can directly access QuickBooks Time on a web browser by entering your phone number, email, or user ID and selecting Sign in. Then, enter your password and click Continue, or select Text a code and enter the code sent to you. You can also install the app on your mobile device and sign in from there.

Hi Reymond, I've tried clearing the cache and going incognito on Chrome, Opera, and Edge on multiple computers and nothing seems to fix it. Is there another way to fix this problem, or is it a problem with my account? When I try to click on the 'Go to classic Quickbooks Time' it says that it can't find a company on my account.
