QuickBooks Care Team support hours are from Monday to Friday from 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. and Saturday from 6 A.M. to 3 P.M PT. That being said, if you have called within the support hours and you're not seeing the chat or callback option, there can be a data-related issue in your browser.
No worries, I'd be glad to help you fix this. You can begin by using an incognito browser. If you're able to get help, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. If not, you can use another supported browser.
Also, you are welcome to share any concerns or questions here instead of calling or chatting with our live agent as long as it doesn't need any verification from your QuickBooks account. This is because don't have the tools to check further your account details.
