Buy now & saveI have contacted QB customer service on August 30, 24 and spoke to a customer service representative to cancel only my payroll subscription online and keep my regular subscription to work on it, since I don't use the QB Payroll Services at all. I was promised that I can get a refund for downgrading my subscription. Instead of refund, I have been charged another $617.42 Dollars (Inv:10001332912375) for the same subscription QB Online Premium that I have paid earlier on July 15, 2024, in the amount of $ 457.50 Dollars (Inv:10001322260643). I have contacted again QB Customer Service Representative and spoke to Adrian Customer Support to get help with this issue that is going on for a month already. After spending time on the phone more than an hour, he could not help me with my concern questions. It seems that I am dealing with an unprofessional, unqualified customer service representative that is repeating the same words and sentences on the phone and wondering what to do for that long time keeping me on the phone. However, I received an e-mail that the QB system will automatically close this ticket since he did not receive any response from me, (what kind of response should I send, since his answer was that he cannot do anything else to resolve this issue). Any way I was informed that this case is unactive for quite some time and a Case Number:15123614758 info has been provided if I need for the next consultant. Additionally, is there anyone who can help me with this issue. I hope someone can answer my question for these overcharges. Thanks. Kristine.
