I've got your back, Mattrubby. I'll make sure you can access your account successfully.
We can perform some basic troubleshooting to fix this. Too much-stored cache or a browser issue might have caused the error when logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Let's start accessing your account using a different or private browser. You can use any of these shortcut keys:
Once logged in, try to access your account. If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
Here are some of the possible errors you might encounter when signing in to the account and how to resolve them: Recover your Intuit Account if you can't sign in.
In addition, here's an article in case you'd like to reset or change your company's login information in QBO: Reset or change your login information for QuickBooks Online.
It'll be my pleasure to help you if you've got other questions other than accessing your account. Let me know by leaving a reply below. Have a great rest of the day.

It’s saying Your QUICKBOOKS Account Recovery Request: A3FD634CM71M1D2 has been Denied
Hello there, @Unique23. Welcome to the Community.
What usually causes a denial is failing to meet the strict security checks required for account access. The primary reason is often an information mismatch; the data submitted during the recovery process—such as personal details, email, or phone number—did not match with the records held by Intuit.
A denial can also happen if you’re not the primary admin of the account you’re trying to access. And if the user account has been inactive for a long time, what may have happened is that some details were archived or deleted.
To resolve this, double-check that the email address and phone number associated with the account are correct, and confirm that you are the authorized owner.
Here are some helpful articles you can refer to for updating and recovering your account:
