Let's check out the reason why you can't access your payroll account, gcromwell84. 

If your payroll subscription is cancelled, you won't be able to run payroll, record tax payments, and generate tax forms. I can walk you through activating it once again for the year-end filing. 

Here's how:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. In the Billing & Subscriptions section,select Resubscribed for Payroll. 

Once done, you'll be able to access you payroll account. I'll leave this article that'll help you get your year-end filings done: Year-End Guide and Checklist. Don't forget to cancel it again to avoid future charges.
