When the invoice activity screen shows an invoice was viewed multiple times, it means it was opened and viewed however many times it says.
Here's some things that can cause multiple viewings to display on your invoice activity screen:
- The customer intentionally viewed their invoice more than once.
- The customer refreshed the page while viewing their invoice.
- The customer clicked their invoice link in their email multiple times.
- There's also many other things which could cause multiple viewings to show up for an invoice on your activity screen.
