You can get your card reader by ordering through the GoPayment app, @kennycrowder-hot. Let me share further details about this.
When you have QuickBooks Payments, you can take payments on the go. A mobile card reader will let you swipe, dip, or tap credit cards with the GoPayment app.
Once you qualify for a free card reader, you'll receive an email containing a link. You can order through it or with the GoPayment app (green or blue) using your business' physical mailing address.

In case the email you received isn't allowing you to get your free reader, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team. This way, they can provide further assistance on getting your free card reader. You can use this link when reaching them.

I have a white card reader that is a couple of years old. Does it still work?

Thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing some details to ensure you're able to confirm if your card reader is still working.
Since your white card reader is a couple of years old already, we can confirm if this still works by signing in to GoPayment or your QuickBooks Online mobile app as an admin. Then, I suggest disconnecting and reconnecting the card reader. Please follow the steps below depends on the GoPayment or app you're using.
Green GoPayment:
Blue GoPayment:
If still doesn't work, you'll have to make sure that the Bluetooth is on. Bluetooth card readers only connect to Bluetooth-compatible devices.

Additionally, you can always have the option to order a card reader through the GoPayment app and online. This is to make sure that you have the updated one.
