Hello there, tommy.
Before doing anything else, have you set up a QuickBooks Payment account? If not, you'll need to set up QuickBooks Payments to receive payments from clients successfully.
If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, deposits may take longer while we set up your account. Once everything is set up, payments will be deposited much faster.
On the other hand, if you have already set up QuickBooks Payments before, timing of the deposits to your account will depend on your current deposit speed and the type of payment.
Here's how you can check your current deposit speed:
- Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
- Click on the Payments tab.
- Review the Deposit Speed section.
You can also follow these steps to verify the payment:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Navigate to Sales, then click on Deposits.
- Select the bank deposit you want to review. You will be able to see each payment that is included in the daily deposit.
If a payment has an issue, it won't show up in the daily deposit. If this happens, Intuit will email you. If you don't see any emails from Intuit, please check your email settings. You can also contact our Payment Support Team for further assistance checking the funds. In your QBO account, click Help icon and select Contact us.
