There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. We can fix this by logging into your account using a private browser (incognito).
Here's how:
If you're now able to choose other payment methods, I suggest, go back to your default browser and clearing its cache to refresh the system. The cache becomes full of older data which can cause viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers as an alternative.

I need to do this on the ipad and iphone. I don't have this problem on my laptop. I need to undo the payment link on the app. I do not want a credit card reader. Whenever I go to record payment I can only click on CASH or CHECK. or the other option is the credit card reader which I do not have and do not want.
