I need to record customer payment methods. I do not want a credit card reader. Now it will only let me record cash or check. Please help

I need the scroll down feature like it used to be to record venmo, paypal and choosing which specific credit card. Please help

Let's make sure you'll have other payment method options when recording customer payments.

 

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. We can fix this by logging into your account using a private browser (incognito).

 

Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If you're now able to choose other payment methods, I suggest, go back to your default browser and clearing its cache to refresh the system. The cache becomes full of older data which can cause viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers as an alternative.

 

If the same results, please provide screenshots for me to have a clearer vision of this. It can help me provide timely resolution.

I need to do this on the ipad and iphone. I don't have this problem on my laptop. I need to undo the payment link on the app. I do not want a credit card reader. Whenever I go to record payment I can only click on CASH or CHECK. or the other option is the credit card reader which I do not have and do not want.

Let's ensure to turned on the option to send online invoice. This way, your customer can choose to pay their invoices via cards or bank transfer.

 

Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Sales tab.
  3. Click the edit (pencil) icon on the Online delivery field.
  4. Under Additional email options for invoices, select Online invoice.
  5. Click Save and then Done.
