To fix this, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Merchant Support Team. They're able to pull up and check your account using their screen-sharing (remote access) tool and further investigate.
To reach them, please refer to this article and proceed to QuickBooks Online Payments & Merchant Service Center section to get their most updated contact information: Contact Payments Support.

Thanks vary much maybelle_s for your quick response. I called the # on the back of the card and to my big surprise they said that my address that they had mailed my cards too was the wrong address that they had on file for my verification of my cards now you tell me if they mailed me my cards to my address and now they're saying that it's the wrong address on file then where is the problem at. They acted like I was telling them a wrong address to just get information and in fact I was just calling to see why I was being turned down when using my cards and it's coming out to be that they've got the wrong address to verify me when in fact they mailed me the cards with that very same address what am I supposed to do here. They said that I would have to go online and change or fix the address that I've got on file and the only address that I have seen online is the correct address that I give them that they have that they should be able to verify me as the car to owner to use so I'm not sure what's going on here is there any way that you can respond to this and see what I can do.sometimes you can get blocked online on different portals at your own because of certain things like change of address change of phone number something to this nature and it's hard to get it changed unless you call the people that you've got the business with and in my fact it would be my cards I called my card say sponsor to try to get my cards verified or me verified with my cards and when they asked me for my address this is what they told me.thank you very much and please respond as quick as you can I sure could use your help thank you very much Michael henritzi.
