You are eligible to receive the same amount of licenses and users in QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale 19.0 at no charge if you purchased version 18.0 between 06/02/2020 and 08/02/2020. However, the last day to upgrade was last January 31st of this year.
Since you already raised this concern to our Support Team, I suggest you contact them again to see if there's an update about it.
