I've honestly lost over 10k in combined business, refunds and penalties because I either couldn't process payments, than after that, they put on hold and now this, not being able to access my Funds while they're available. And to answer the question, I've tried figuring that out and as usual, no one knows anything and its either a transfer or an apology and finished off with a request to take a survey.
Any resolutions to this issue of transfers out of quickbooks checking not making it to the external bank? I am having this same issue. The phone number quickbooks support gave me 833-356-0391 is constantly busy. I have two transfers that never made it to my main checking.

It is my understanding that you cannot access Green Dot outside of QuickBooks, that being said if you have an issue with the bank, QB gives you customer service for Green Dot, and they tend to not be able to solve anything
I had contacted Support on Monday when it had been 5 banking days since my transfer request and the transfer had not shown up in my business account. They escalated me to a different support group, then that person gave me a phone number to call. I called the number, many times since Monday, and it gives a steady busy signal. So, now its been 9 banking days since I transferred the money from the quickbooks checking account to an outside account, and the funds have yet to be received. I have done a transfer before and it took around 4 days. I am using the same accounts I have always used. You mention in your post to use Autotransfer. This option is not available to me. At this point, I am going to be sharing that no one should use the quickbooks checking because it really seems like shady business. Currently out $1800.00
Thanks - I really am not wanting to speak to Green Dot, but want quickbooks to properly honor a product that they offer. I had read some of the other comments about Green Dot bank. So, live and learn for sure!

Unfortunately I have funds just floating around that I cannot access. They have left my external bank account but have to show up in my QB account. It has been 5 days. The number QB gave me to call is always busy. This is not good at all for small businesses. Worst service I have ever encountered and now I have a couple thousand dollars just floating around somewhere.

Let's see - QBO = non-GAAP compliant, inundates you with advertising, denies access to your own money, holds your data hostage so you can't move to another program, conspires with others to extort customers with respect to PCI compliance. Shall I continue?

This is what started my search about this today also. There are pending charges referring to Amazon in my Quickbooks checking and I want more information. We did NOT authorize any such transaction not did we attempt to connect any outside account to QB checking. Just getting to the point where QB customer service refers me to Greendot was frustrating. I've been referred to Greendot before and knew it would be useless.
I have a new payment processor and will (hopefully) be divorced from Intuit by the end of the year. My advice is RUN Forrest RUN.
Terrible is a very light way to put the experience with QuickBooks checking. They do not a dang thing about issues with their own product and lie to you when they direct you to call Greendot so you do only to have Greendot tell you to call QuickBooks. The bank account and everything related to it is a scam. No access to direct transfers out, no Zelle, no check writing, lousy daily spend and transaction limits, lousy ATM limit, lousy “cash advance” limit when it’s your own cash in the bank not an advance…. Should I go on??
I agree . I have dropped QuickBooks because of the fiasco they caused me through their QuickBooks checking ( green dot bank). However, I had a federal refund being sent to that account & also funds in an envelope). QuickBooks will not allow me access & my money is being held. Do you get info on how to go around q o to greendot bank?
I just called the back of my debit card and of course no one’s there how can talk do this I had some fraudulent charges on my account and it’s been almost 10 days and nothing is back in my account and of course I can’t get ahold of my bank cause it’s threw someone else quickbooks portrays a checking account threw them that’s actually not them I don’t understand how it’s even legal it should say green dot on the card not quickbooks and why isn’t there a direct number to green dot why do I gotta call quickbooks when it’s not them I’m pissed right now

Are you trying to check the routing and accounting number of your QuickBooks Checking Account, QuickBooks Debit Card, or the bank accounts connected to your online banking? They are not all available in that menu. I would like all of them, it's a federal requirement to keep them for 5 years.
