Hi there, @modernlandscape.
Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let's get you over to the support to verify the increase in the payment fees.
I know that you need to get hold of someone regarding the changes to the ACH fees. However, the Community is a public forum, and the ability to review the charges is unavailable.
I'd suggest contacting support via chat. Our Support Team has access and tools unavailable to me so that your information is kept secure and private.
You can reach them through this page (click Chat with us under QuickBooks Payments): Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.
Please note that our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT only (Monday - Friday).

You may have other options to accept ACH payments for free.
Were you able to get your fees back down? I tried chat support today and it was dreadful.
Mostly because Intuit Payments lost my trust already by forcing us into the new price structure in the first place (we've been a merchant service customer for 10 years). So I wasn't about to authorize a chat rep to review my account for better rates and find out later that I could have opted out of this new price structure if I 'hadn't made changes to my account'. Its frustrating and a waste of my time having to deal with this. Loyal customers should be a top priority.
Quickbooks is now charging a 1% transaction fee for all ACH Payments, up to $10, on each and every transaction. For this price, they are giving you next day deposits. You don't have to want next day deposits, or even ask for next day deposits, but you will get them and you will pay the fee if you accept ACH payments through QB. They are "making it easier for you to keep tabs on your money and manage your cash flow". This is the web link to the communication we received in March.
I just noticed every transaction I am being charged $10 which is ridiculously high, I plan to change this service, its a pain getting in touch with QB support. who has the time to sit and wait for someone to chat, a phone call should have been an option to get help instantly.
I have been a customer for last 6 years. I dont want this instant deposit service. give me an option to opt out.
i have never signed up for it in the first place.
Hello there, @Asma Ali.

Also, there will be no charges for credit card or debit card payments. They will be still deposited at current rates.
