I need help, my account was cancelled and i was never notify. someone help........

Let me provide you some information about your canceled QuickBooks account. 

 

There are two possible reasons why your account is canceled. These are the following.

 

  • Other users process a cancelation without your permission.
  • The account is suspended due to Intuit couldn't process a payment. 

 

I'd suggest running the Audit Log if you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and the Audit trail if QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). 

 

Here's how for QBO: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose Audit Log under Tools
  3. Filter the report to All usersexact date, and Show all events
  4. Tap Apply
  5. Examine the report. 

 

 

For QBDT: 

 

  1. Click Reports at the top, then choose Account & Taxes.
  2. Select Audit Trail. 
  3. Hit Customize button and apply the necessary filter. 
  4. Review the description.

 

If there is, please communicate with that user. 

 

If the account is suspended, you can only use QuickBooks in view-only access mode, the same with a canceled account. With this, I'll point you directly to our QuickBooks Payments support to confirm the status of the subscription. Please call them within business hours to guarantee we address your problem on time.

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/Messaging-Payments-Desktop/23041/view.
  2. Complete the required data. 
  3. Hit Submit

 

Once you've confirmed the status, please visit these links below to get your business up and running.

 

  • Reactivate the canceled account

 

QBO- How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online

QBDT- Manage Your QuickBooks Desktop Account with CAMPs (Customer Account Management Portal)

 

  • Update the payment details if it's suspended

 

Online- Update the payment method or info 

Desktop- View, manage or update your Intuit account in CAMPs
