Anybody having problems logging into QuickBooks Time via the web browsers (Chrome or Firefox). I was told a security change was applied on 11/12/21 that is causing problems for staff login. The only way to resolve is to send a login invite. Unfortunately I'm seeing repeat errors from folks that we sent a login invite a few weeks ago. I reported this issue on 11/17 and was told it would take 14 days to review (and maybe resolve). Has anyone had similar experiences. I'm surprise QuickBooks had not done a global communication to other QuickBooks Time administrators about this problem.

In the meantime, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this issue. You'll want to let your staff login to QB Time via a private or incognito window. This way, we can verify if this is a browser cache issue.
There are times that the browser is full of data cache and can affect the performance of your account. Using a private window helps us identify the issue as this doesn't save any data files. To open an incognito window, you can share these keyboard shortcuts with your staff.

If your staff were able to log in flawlessly, I suggest clearing their regular browser's cache to refresh the system. If the issue remains, I propose using other supported browsers. This way, we can verify if this is a browser-integrated issue.

See above error. When this first occurred we just had to send an invite to fix.
This week for the above user we had to clear the cache then send the invite. Sending only the invite did not work. So far we have 5 users with this issue (meaning we had them fixed with an invite 2 weeks ago, now we are having to resend another invite to resolve the issue). So far only 1 of the 5 had to clear their cache to work).

I know you've previously reported this issue. However, you'll need to follow up on the opened case to get you back on track as soon as possible.
Since the problem persists after clearing the cache, our QuickBooks Support Team needs to check it further. Allow me to help you get in touch with them to get you back on track.
You can provide the case number to the next representative to avoid explaining the issue again. They have access to the prior notes entered by the assigned rep.
