Thanks for coming back, Robert131.
I appreciate you for performing the steps provided by my colleague. Let's ensure your QuickBooks is up to date with the latest features and improvements so you always have the latest features and fixes. Once done, let's try running QuickBooks File Doctor to fix your company file and to display the assets in your predefined reports. Before diving, ensure to create a backup of your company file first to restore your data if you ever run into problems.
Then, try running the report again. If the same thing happens, try repairing your software to fix any damaged components causing odd behavior when using running reports in the software. Just restart your computer first to close the programs that may affect the repair. When you're ready, here's how to repair the software:

Let's resolve the error you're having to run your report, @Robert131.
To begin, verify that Fixed Asset Manager (FAM) is appropriately configured to handle your fixed asset financial information. For detailed guidance, check out this article: Set up Fixed Asset Manager (FAM).
Once done, find the following file: rptlsts.f## and delete it. Follow the steps below:
Check this article for more information about tracking your fixed assets: Use Fixed Asset Manager in QuickBooks Desktop.
Here are also some of the errors you'll encounter with your QuickBooks Desktop's Fixed Asset Manager and on how to fix it: Resolve errors or unexpected results in Fixed Asset Manager (FAM).
If you have any other questions or concerns with your Fixed Asset Manager, feel free to post below at any time. Have a wonderful day!
Hello MaryJoyD,
Thank you for the reply!
Unfortunately, after finding and deleting the file you mentioned, my reports are still displaying as, "There are no assets to print for "Depreciation Schedule by G/L Account Number"." (That report name was just an example - none of the reports display any assets.)
My QuickBooks Desktop version is also up to date.
I followed the page that tells me how to setup FAM exactly as written, but the reports are still not running correctly. The "Projection" tab for each asset lists the depreciation information as expected, so the system does have the information I need. However, it is not feasible to get these numbers one-by-one instead of having them all in one report.
I have looked through the page Resolve errors or unexpected results in Fixed Asset Manager (FAM) but it does not have anything that helps resolve my issue.
Thank you again for your help!
Sincerely,
Robert
