Can you fix this the way it supposed to be set up. We have the wrong quickbooks set up online. We need the Quickbooks Pro Small Business Desktop.

You'll need to cancel your online subscription and purchase the Pro Small Business Desktop. No worries, I'm here to guide you through the process. Let's begin with the online subscription:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top-right of the page, then Account and Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps to cancel your subscription.

Once finished, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your information will be on your account for one year. You can view and print the information, but to make any changes to the data, you'll have to resubscribe to your account. Now we can move on to get you to the correct program. Here's how:

  1. Visit our Sales site to buy QuickBooks Pro 2020: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/desktop/.
  2. Follow the steps to get your program.
  3. Download QuickBooks and register your product.

You can manage your Desktop Account by visiting CAMPs (Customer Account Management Portal). This is where you can update your billing information, see your product/license number, change the primary contact, manage users, and much more.
