Cant email reached limit

Thanks for posting in the Community, @mark169. I'll share the two options about your emailing concern and their fixes.

If you're using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) trial account, you can email your sales forms with a maximum of 100 times. You may have reached that limit, which is why you're getting a message prompt.

I'd suggest completing your QBO subscription to email more transactions. You can click Subscribe in the message window, or perform the steps below.

  1. Go to the Settings (Gear) icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to Billing & Subscription from the left menu.
  4. Update your subscription status.

If you're already subscribed to QBO but still receiving the message, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools to update your billing information. You'll first have to review our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time. Just get their contact info through this article: I Received The Message "You've Hit Your Email Limit"?. Then, locate the Already subscribed? section. You can also use the Help menu to get in touch with them.

Aside from updating your plan status, you can perform other tasks on the Billing & Subscription page. These are upgrading, downgrading your subscription, and viewing your payment history. It helps you manage your payment and plan info all in one place in QBO. To learn more about this page, visit this article: Billing And Subscription Info Overview

Lastly, you can customize and attach files to your sales forms when emailing them. It helps you personalize your transactions to enhance your company's brand. For more details, check out this article: Email And Customize Sales Forms

I'm just a comment away if you need anything else. Keep safe always, @mark169.
