I'm not using the app but tried most of these already other than deleting the app and downloading it again.
I’m not using the app either. It has challenges on the iphone. So I’ve been going to the online website, but now it is near impossible to create an estimate, so I’m forced to get home to my laptop for every proposal.
I do feel frustrated that tech support doesn’t get to the answers sooner, and that more testing isn’t done.
A year later and the same issue. It's the most annoying problem I have. This on top of other issues I've decided to drop quickbooks. Better solutions out there that build with the end user in mind.
None of this is a fix. It's an engineering issue with your code. The line items are set to be more sensitive and responsive than the up/down scrolling. Likely nothing will be done about this considering it's been a year with this issue. Also no sorting by date an invoice is due or an estimate expiration. None of quickbooks is built with the end user in mind for on the go real world use. Does anyone there actually field test the products? I'm done and moving to a much better platform.
