Fix connected integration issues in QuickBooks Online

Learn how to fix issues with your connected integrations in QuickBooks Online.

The My integrations page is a tool to help you manage integrations with QuickBooks Online. It ‌shows the status of all your integrations so you can view and fix errors all in one place. We’ll show you where to see the status of your connected integrations, how to manage them, and resolve issues.

View the status of connected integrations

To view the status of all your connected integrations at a glance from the Dashboard, look for the My integrations card. The card displays your total number of integrations, categorized by those that have and don’t have connection issues.

Alternatively, you can view the status of your connected integrations by selecting the My integrations icon The My integrations icon in QuickBooks Online. and selecting one of the integrations to go to the My integrations (Take me there) page.

Manage integrations

The My integrations page lets you perform other actions, such as opening or disconnecting integrations.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin or user with Third Party Apps permission.
  2. From the Dashboard, go to MY INTEGRATIONS The My integrations icon in QuickBooks Online., and select View issues (Take me there).
  3. Select Integrations Overview to see all of your integrations listed.

If an integration has no issue, you can select Launch to open the integration, or select the menu â‹® icon to choose an option:

  • Pin to list: This pins the integration at the beginning of the list.
  • Disconnect: This disconnects the integration from QuickBooks.
    Note: Dropdown options vary depending on the integration, or if there are any open issues.

Fix integration issues

The Integrations overview page displays cards for all of your connected integrations, their status and tasks. To resolve open integration issues:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin or user with Third Party Apps permission.
  2. From the Dashboard, go to MY INTEGRATIONS The My integrations icon in QuickBooks Online., and select View issues (Take me there).
  3. Select Integrations Overview to see all of your integrations listed.
  4. The My integrations section displays any open integration issues, including the name of the affected integration, when it occurred, and the suggested action.
  5. In the Actions column, select the available option to fix the issue. Options vary depending on the issue type.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete resolution.

Data sync issue

Contact the integration provider for any data sync issue between the integration and QuickBooks Online. There may be an issue with the API (Application Programming Interface) calls that the integration provider is making for your company. They’ll have to look at the errors and resolve them to restore the data sync.

Billing

The integration provider handles questions about billing and application subscription cancelation.
