Hello there, @flygwa.
Thanks for joining us here in the Community. I'm here to help you align your check correctly in QuickBooks Online.
First, you can set up your print checks. You can follow these steps to set up print checks:
- Go to the +New icon.
- Select the Print Checks tab under the Vendor column.
- Choose the type of checks you have.
Note: There may only be one type available depending on your region.
You may also order a check from Intuit.
4. Load blank paper into your printer. You'll print on blank paper first so that if you need to correct
alignment, you won't waste actual checks.
5. Select View preview and print sample, then choose the Print icon.
6. Place the sample on top of a blank check page. Hold them both up to the light.
7. Click the Yes, I'm finished with the setup button to complete the steps.
