You could have paid different invoices, or you didn't pay them in full. Let's check the overdue ones.
If you think you entered an incorrect payment amount, open the invoices, click the 1 payment made hyperlink and correct it.
If the invoices are fully paid, but still showing overdue, your browser's cache could be full is causing this behavior. In this case, we'll do the basic browser troubleshooting steps.
To start, please log in to QuickBooks using a private or incognito browser. This step stops the cache from saving your browsing history. If this corrects the statuses, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers to isolate the case.
On the other hand, you may want to visit the QuickBooks Blogs page and check the contents relevant to our situation today.

Again, I marked this invoice paid with the check number and it is showing a zero balance but showing it’s overdue. Please assist. Thx! This has never happened before.
