Thank you for trying everything that was suggested by my colleagues, office120.
Let's add one more step, so you can create statements for your church. Please install the QBO Desktop app and sign in to your QuickBooks account from there. Then, try creating statements.
Please feel free to keep up updated about this behavior.
You're on the right track in clearing the cache of your regular browser, @office120.
Yes, there are additional steps you can perform, so you'll be able to create your statements in the program.
First, you'll have to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private browser. This is a great way to isolate the issue since it doesn't store data in the cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts below:
Once opened, go back to the Customers tab from the Sales menu. Then, create your statements again. If it works, go back to your regular browser since you've already cleared its cache. If the private browsing doesn't work, I'd suggest using other supported browsers. Just go to the Supported browsers section through this article: System Requirements for QBO.
The Sales menu helps you effectively manage your sales transactions, such as invoices. From there, you can also edit and delete them to ensure your customer balances are accurate. For more information, check out this article: View Sales Transactions.
I'm just a post away if you need anything else. Have a great rest of your weekend, @office120.
Thanks for your quick reply! Unfortunately, your advice didn't work. I tried the incognito window (I'm using Chrome already) and then I tried Edge but I still keep getting the error message. I'm freaking out because I need to get out our giving statements tomorrow night!
Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks for your quick reply! I tried your suggestion in an incognito window (I'm already using Chrome) and then in Edge but I still am getting the error message. It just won't let me create any statements. I'm needing the transaction statement and my date criteria is 1/1/19-12/31/19. Now the error is slightly different: We couldn’t create a statement based on the options you selected.
I'm freaking out because I need to hand out the giving statements at church tomorrow night!
Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks,
Joyce
Hello again, office120.
I appreciate you performing the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague to help resolve estimate issues.
Since the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team. They have the specific tools to examine your account and shine more light on the situation.

Yes, I've already submitted a query using these steps. Unfortunately, I was on the line with support yesterday and they were in the middle of helping me when they hung up on me and when I called back they had closed. I need a resolution today, not tomorrow when they are open!
I need to provide giving statements to our church when they meet tonight with transaction data per IRS regulations. All I can provide them with right now is a lump sum figure as I can pull donor reports but not statements!
In my searching for answers yesterday, I saw where someone had to fix an error and I can't remember what he called it. He said something about cleaning a file?
Thank you for trying everything that was suggested by my colleagues, office120.
