I need to create a payment link that will be in the content of the hard copy of an invoice. The payor will type the link into a web browser to pay their bill.

For an non-profit HOA. Do not have many of the residents email addresses so we will mail every one a hard copy of their invoice. They will need to type the mass user payment link into their web browser to pay their invoice. How do I get this payment link.

I am not sure QB Payment offers such the feature at this time. Consider having a 3rd party merchant service to do so.

I need to create a payment link that will be in the content of the hard copy of an invoice. The payor will type the link into a web browser to pay their bill.

Let me share some information on how a customer can pay their invoices online, ko-lincolnmfg-ne

The option to type the mass user payment link into the customer's web browser to pay their invoice is unavailable. However, they can make a payment by clicking the Pay Now button when sending an invoice. Just make sure we sign up for QuickBooks Payments for customers to pay online. Here's how to add a payment button to your invoices:

  1. Open or create an invoice.
  2. Once done, click the Save and share link option.
  3. Tap the Copy link on the Send your customer a link to their invoice window.
  4. Hit Save and send option.
  5. Paste the link and send the email message with the invoice link to your customer.
  6. Press Send and close.
