I do not see Live Bookkeeping under My Experts even though I am signed up for it.

You might also try performing a few browser troubleshooting steps. There are times that frequently visited sited such as QuickBooks store cache files. Once piled up and not removed regularly can cause unexpected behavior within the system.
To start, log in to QuickBooks using a private browser. Then, follow the steps provided by my colleague on how to schedule an appointment. If you're able to view that option, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also use other browsers to isolate these kinds of issues.

I can confirm that I am subscribed. I tried using a private browser on both Chrome and Safari and still did not see the Live Bookkeeping option under My Experts.

Since the Live Bookkeeping option under My Experts is still missing after performing the steps provided by my colleagues above, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check the unforeseen conditions of your company file and perform a screen-share for further isolation.
