But before we start, are you getting errors when trying to save the invoices? Sometimes, your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that may be the cause of some unusual responses. You can log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using a private window (Incognito). I've provided the shortcut keys below:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
Once signed in, you can try saving an invoice. If it's already working fine, return to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. The cache may sometimes be overwhelmed with older data that cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing them refreshes the system and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.
If the issue persists, I suggest you try using other supported browsers.
